Hybrid & Co

Hybrid & Co is a strategically located multi-purpose
commercial building in one of the fastest-growing areas of
the city of Murcia, the Juan de Borbón avenue.

Its construction is based on the prefabrication
of different building elements, capable of easily reconfiguring
to meet the changing commercial needs of its operators. The various
construction solutions require minimal maintenance and offer long durability,
complemented by energy solutions that minimize environmental impact.

In addition, green areas are integrated on
various levels of the building, contributing to the renaturalization of the
built environment.

At meii, we believe in a practical
and sustainable approach to commercial architecture, where adaptability and
environmental responsibility are fundamental.
